Once your order has been placed you will receive a confirmation email. Orders are dispatched within 1 - 3 business days and delivery times can vary during seasonal periods. If an order will be dispatched later than 3 business days we will contact you via email.
Once your order has been sent you will receive an email with your tracking number.

No refund or exchange if you change your mind.
If the item you have received is faulty, please contact us with a detailed description of the product fault, and a photo if possible.
INCORRECT ITEM/DAMAGED ON ARRIVAL
If you have received an item that isn't what you ordered, or has arrived damaged, please take a photo and contact us within 7 days of delivery. Alternatively, you can bring the product back to the salon and we will assist you promptly.
Please don't dispose of the item until we've had a chance to chat with you!
